Starcrossed ❤❤❤

Okay hey anyone who read this! I hope you have had a fabulous day, please let me know what you’ve been up to and any books you have read :) the next book I am writing about is probably my equally favourite series next to until I die (I have previously reviewed this). The series is called starcrossed and there are currently two books; Starcrossed book 1 and Dreamless book 2. They are both amazing books!
Starcrossed is about a girl called Helen who is gorgeous, like Greek God gorgeous ;) (you will get it once you’ve read the book). She meets this family who have just moved in, and for unexplainable reason she hates them as in, when she gets near wants to kill them hates them. She particular feels strongly (in both ways) for one of the guys called Lucas. I won’t give away any more but it’s heat passion and love and as always Lucas is very overprotective-as his family- of Helen and I love those types of guys. It’s surrounded on mythical Greek history, but I have never learnt about it and I understood the book fine. This first book is wonderful and the second just gets better. The third book Goddess is out in 28th of May.

Josephine Angelini has done a brilliant job with these books.

Here is Starcrossed blurb, and the link to goodreads series page.
Helen Hamilton has spent her entire sixteen years trying to hide how different she is—no easy task on an island as small and sheltered as Nantucket. And it’s getting harder. Nightmares of a desperate desert journey have Helen waking parched, only to find her sheets damaged by dirt and dust. At school she’s haunted by hallucinations of three women weeping tears of blood . . . and when Helen first crosses paths with Lucas Delos, she has no way of knowing they’re destined to play the leading roles in a tragedy the Fates insist on repeating throughout history.

As Helen unlocks the secrets of her ancestry, she realizes that some myths are more than just legend. But even demigod powers might not be enough to defy the forces that are both drawing her and Lucas together—and trying to tear them apart.

Amy Plum

Okay well I’m going to start off with one of my favourite authors of one of my favourite series!
Amy Plums Author Page
The series is called Revenants series page
Die for me is the first book in the series and the one that most certainly got me hooked.
Kate moves to Paris with her sister (Georgia) and live with their grandparents. Kate is a quiet girl who loves to read and after her parents death she just stays indoors. One time she goes to a cafe to read a book and see these gorgeous guys. One in particular (guess who 😉) yes that’s right Vincent. Kate eventually finds out Vincent’s secret and bye bye normal life. As Vincent is what people call a Revenant, someone who dies then three days later comes back to life. There are a lot of technicalities but that’s the basic detail of what Vincent and his friends are. There are many complications but this book grabs you and pulls you in. The detail is amazing it feels like your watching it play out like a movie. But it’s not predictable as it has many twist and turns, the protective nature of Vincent I love, because who doesn’t want a boyfriend willing to die for you? Also how easily Kate gets jealous of Vincent is funny to read. Also his friends get along really well with Kate. The love between Kate and Vincent is undeniable and Vincent will literally do anything for Kate.

If that didn’t make you want to read it the blurb will….

In the City of Lights, two star-crossed lovers battle a fate that is destined to tear them apart again and again for eternity.

When Kate Mercier’s parents die in a tragic car accident, she leaves her life–and memories–behind to live with her grandparents in Paris. For Kate, the only way to survive her pain is escaping into the world of books and Parisian art. Until she meets Vincent.

Mysterious, charming, and devastatingly handsome, Vincent threatens to melt the ice around Kate’s guarded heart with just his smile. As she begins to fall in love with Vincent, Kate discovers that he’s a revenant–an undead being whose fate forces him to sacrifice himself over and over again to save the lives of others. Vincent and those like him are bound in a centuries-old war against a group of evil revenants who exist only to murder and betray. Kate soon realizes that if she follows her heart, she may never be safe again.

I hope you read this book as it is an amazing story and the second book is out-if I should die
The third one is out in may 2013
Xoxoxo ps keep reading
